Construction debris left in new ducts
Why it happens here
Many Riverton Meadows homes were built in the last 5 to 15 years. Builders often leave drywall dust, sawdust, and insulation scraps in the ductwork. When you turn on the furnace, that debris blows into every room.
Our approach
We use a negative air machine to put the system under negative pressure, then an agitation whip to loosen debris. A HEPA vacuum pulls it out. We do not stop until the camera shows clean metal.
